Cancellation and refund policy- Commissioned artwork-
1. Commissioned artworks are confirmed and processed only after paying the 60% advance of the total agreed price.
2. If you cancel the order after confirmation the advance you paid is non refundable.
3. The rest of 40% amount needed to be paid after completing the artwork and before the dispatch of the artwork.
4. Once the order is dispatched we are unable to cancel it.
5. We pack each and every artwork with full safety however any damage caused in shipping or handling will not be our responsibility.
6. Because of different camera quality the artwork you see in the picture might differ a little bit from original artwork. You can not blame the artist if such things happen.
7. We are not responsible for the late delivery (if happens) by the courier or shipping service, all we can do it to complete the artwork in the agreed time frame and drop it to the courier service. Original work Return and Refund policy- We are always available to ensure the art you see, is the art you get. If you're in doubt, you can always ask for additional images of the artwork. When an art work is packed we ensure that there are no defects or damage to the art work. If at the time of packing we identify that the product is defective or damaged, we will ensure that it is rectified. In case the product is not rectifiable then we will refund the full amount. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. (Once you accept the parcel it is considered to be delivered in good condition and it is non returnable) Please also click the photographs of the defective product. Please email us mentioning your Order ID and along with the photographs of the package showing the tampering or damage. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and make sure that it is exchanged and delivered to you or a refund will be made as per terms and conditions. Apart from condition reserved herein above, the products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, if the product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
